Belly Fat: Genetically or Too much eat?

     

If you already started to rarely visit the gym or have not even been exercising in the gym, this one may be a trouble for you many times: “belly fat”. Excessive intake each day certainly will lead to fat storage. But why belly fat is more common in men?

Research that has been published in the International Journal of Obesity concludes that, it is genetically different from the fat tissue in men and women. When women save the excess fat in the buttocks, waist and hips, Men store excess fat in the abdomen. The bad new is, the storage of fat in the abdomen is more dangerous. Fat in the abdomen, which is often referred as visceral fat, was closely associated with various diseases such as coronary heart disease, dementia, and diabetes.

Basically, to eliminate belly fat, it can be done by adjusting your diet, so the energy consumed does not exceed the energy you spend each day.
