Finally, the series of L-Men of The Year pre-quarantine starts today (8 / 7). Chain of activities on this day was opened with a Nutrition Class by Susana, STP, MSc, PD.Eng from Nutrifood Research Center. The Grand Finalist were equipped with knowledge about nutrition, which is important for the formation of athletic body, from the simple terms such as carbohydrates and fat, until the salt effect on the formation of athletic body.
