Chocolate is known as a high-fat food. But with sufficient quantities, chocolate can be useful to the body. Chocolate made from cocoa beans which are rich in flavonoids, antioxidants that may reduce the formation of free radicals in the body. In addition to flavonoids, chocolate contains theobromine, an alkaloid compound that is lightweight stimultan that can stimulate nerve cells that cause feelings of excitement and fresh. <p>With the different atmosphere that come out from the arrival from this moment, we also could create the purpose for establishing athletic body. Ever wondered how the actors, like Bruce Lee and Jet Li, can have an ideal body and perfect <em>sixpack</em>? Immediately our mind will think of ways and patterns of their training. Welcoming the rabbit year, let&#8217;s try a different practice patterns as like Bruce Lee and Jet Li did.</p>
<p>Bruce Lee developed many methods of workouts during his career. But unfortunately, not all of them were documented. Some sources say that just because Bruce Lee was diligently taking notes so we could learn what he created.</p>
<p>Bruce Lee divided his routine activities into a number of specific martial arts training such as weight training, calisthenics (like gymnastics), cardiovascular exercise and stretching. Weight training that he developed changes over time. At first, Bruce Lee had suppression exercises for body building, focused on the forearm, with a strict diet and supplementation with high protein drinks. We could say he was applying Isolation Exercise (movement that focused on one muscle) at the time.</p>
<p>But he changed the pattern in a way to simplify it. He applied the compound Exercise (movements that require more than one muscle to do so), because it can increase the strength and overall body condition. One interesting quote from Bruce Lee is:</p>
<p>“<em>Since weight training involves repetitions, a great deal of energy must be exerted. Therefore, weight training should be practiced only every other day.</em>” – Bruce Lee</p>
<p>So, in addition to focusing on weight training, he also routinely combined with cardiovascular exercise. Pattern of exercise that L-Men always recommends to do.</p>
<p>Below are some regular weight training that routinely performed by Bruce Lee:</p>
<p><strong>Bruce Lee Clean and Press</strong><br />
The clean and press is a classic weight lifters exercise. Unlike bodybuilding exercises, which work muscles in isolation, Bruce Lee’s weight lifting/power lifting exercises work muscles together. This made the exercise a cardio and endurance exercise as well as a weight training exercise. Do it 2 sets of 8 repetitions.</p>
<p><strong>Bruce Lee Barbell Squat</strong><br />
The squat is one of the most important compound exercises in the Bruce Lee Workout. Bruce Lee advised there should be no pause in the lowest position, instead as soon as your thighs reach a horizontal position, you should rise again to a standing position. Do it 2 sets of 8 repetitions.</p>
<p><strong>Bruce Lee Bench Press</strong><br />
No weight training session would be complete without a bench press. Many martial artists actually advise against the bench press as it expands the rib cage, which is a weakness in fighting. So if you plan to fight competitively, do not place too much emphasis on these exercises. Do it 2 sets of 6 repetitions.</p>
<p><strong>Bruce Lee Good Mornings Exercises</strong><br />
Bruce Lee was a fan of the good morning exercise. The exercise involves holding a barbell across the shoulders and then bend forward, keeping the legs and back straight. This exercise can be very dangerous if you do not warm up and attempt to use too much weight. Do it 2 sets of 8 repetitions.</p>

<p>Cancer is a term used to describe diseases caused by abnormal cell multiplication without control and it can invade nearby tissues. This degenerative disease has become the leading cause of death in the worldwide. Globally, deaths from cancer exceeded the number of people with AIDS, malaria, and tuberkulosis<sup>1</sup>.</p>
<p>Most cancer patients in the world are them with lung cancer (12.7 percent), breast cancer (10.9 percent), and colon cancer (9.7 percent). As many as 58 percent of cancer cases occur in poor and developing countries, and the deaths has reached 63 percent. Based on data from the World Health Organization (WHO), the highest mortality in men occurs in patients with lung cancer, stomach, liver, and colon cancer1.<br />
Tobacco plays a “vital” role because 80-90 percent of deaths that occurred in the case of lung cancer caused by smoking. In addition, 30 percent of cancer deaths in developing countries is also caused by cigarette<sup>1</sup>.</p>
<p>In reality, most cases of cancer can be prevented, as the disease is closely related to lifestyle. One is that lung cancer can be prevented by quit smoking. Also, avoid alcohol, multiply the consumption of fruits and vegetables, and exercise, are a few examples of a healthy lifestyle that should be applied in everyday life to prevent this degenerative diseases.</p>
<p>The key is to dare to make changes in your life. If smoking still remains as a primary need, the muscular eight-pack can not even help from the threat of death from cancer.</p>

<p>Buying retail product is already a habit of the public. However, not everyone realizes the importance to check whether the product is listed in The National Agency of Drug and Food Control (BPOM) or not. Whereas, the registration of products in the BPOM is a very important safety guarantees because it deals directly with consumers&#8217; health.<span id="more-6022"></span></p>
<p>In fact, BPOM often finds products without registration number. The worse is there are many products with dangerous chemicals. In the first half of 2010, BPOM found 47 brands or herbal medicine products that should only have natural materials, contained chemicals that are harmful to health. In addition, there are also 93 brands of alcoholic beverages contained methanol, a substance that is used for industry, which should not be consumed<sup>1</sup>. </p>
<p>Dangerous chemicals can also be contained in a variety of supplement products that do not have registration number from BPOM, especially if the product is purchased at retail and repackaged by the seller. The bad effects of consuming fake products with prohibited ingredients might not be felt in the near future, but the effects due to accumulation of harmful substances in the body would be fatal to health in the long term. It even can cause death.</p>
<p>Be a smart consumer! Be careful before buying and consuming a product. Make sure you consume products manufactured by companies that are certified and have a registration number from BPOM to ensure the safety and Halal.</p>
<p>Instead of a healthy body with muscular sixpack, you will get diseases by taking those illegal products. Your health is too precious to be traded with anything!</p>

<p>Two important factors in boiling eggs are the boiling time, and the temperature of boiling eggs.<br />
<strong>Technique to make Perfegg Soft Eggs</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Heat the water approximately until 82oC (which is marked by the water bubbles appear to the surface). The amount of water is about 1-2 L for 1 until 6 eggs.</li>
<li>Add the eggs and maintain the boiling water heat  (82oC) for 6 minutes</li>
<li>Take the eggs and you can enjoy your Perfegg Soft Eggs (Figure 2)</li>

Technique to make Perfegg Hard Eggs</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Heat the water approximately until 82oC, turn off the stove. The amount of water is about 1-2 L for 1 until 6 eggs.</li>
<li>Add the eggs and wait until 10 minutes.</li>
<li>Take the eggs and you can enjoy your Perfegg Soft Eggs (Figure 3)</li>
</ol>
<p>To make these perfegg eggs, of course you need many practices. On the other hand, you have to remember that consuming 1 egg yolk is already suffice your daily cholesterol needs, so it is better not to consume more than 1 egg yolk in a day. With more delicious taste, L-Men Egg can be your alternative choice, in more practical way. <p>A study by Sanjay R. Patel indicated that respondents who slept five hours or fewer per day, has the risk of weight gain, compared with respondents who slept 7-8 hours every day. Surprise! This is alleged to be caused by lack of sleep that affects hormones; hormones that affect your hunger and satiety.</p>
<p>Moreover, lack of sleep proved to be one of the causes of various health problems that associated with obesity, such as: heart disease, stroke, diabetes, including high triglycerides, cholesterol, hypertension, insulin resistance, and glucose intolerance. Then, it is worth to try to sleep early on this weekend and live a better lifestyle!</p>

One of protein sources that people frequently consume is eggs. What makes the egg proteins to be so special?<span id="more-5353"></span> </p>
<p>Egg white is the biggest component of a whole egg, forming approximately 58% from an egg, compared to egg yolk which only 31%1. Egg white consists of water (87%), protein (12%), and fat (0,3%). On the other hand, egg yolk has higher protein (17%) but also consists more fat (0,3%). This fact leads to a recommendation to consume egg white as your protein source<sup>2</sup>.</p>
<p>Egg white is also considered as a good protein source because it can be absorbed by the body perfectly to be used for muscle-forming material3. Moreover, egg white is rich in essential amino acids such as Lysine, Threonin, Valine, Isoleucine, Leucine, Methionine, Phenylalanine, Tryptophan, and Histidine. Leusin itself is an essential amino acid that plays a role in stimulating muscle-forming. It is recommended to consume egg white as a high-quality source of protein intake in a diet pattern3. A high intake of egg protein can stimulate the formation of muscle (muscle protein synthesis)<sup>4</sup>.</p>
<p>With all the benefits of eggs above, eggs can also be harmful if consumed raw. UK Health Department stating that consuming raw eggs or foods containing eggs without cooking process can cause poisoning. The characteristic of a raw egg white is the white egg-shaped is still liquid. This is because raw eggs contain salmonella bacteria which can cause serious diseases, such as Salmonella typhimurium, resulting typhus. <p>After doing exercise, your body needs body fluid replacement to replace fluid or mineral ions that loss when you sweat. Either chocolate milk or low fat milk is effectively able to replace the loss fluid during exercise. Researches show that, during the recovery period after milk consumption, the body fluid continued to show positive status compared with the consumption of water or sports drinks after one hour, with the same amount. Telomere are the part of your DNA, which will become shorter as time goes by. When the telomere was shorter, your DNA will susceptible to the damage that can make your cubicle body death. Then, How the exercise can affect your DNA?</p>
<p>                The studies already done in two man groups, the men who doing the cardio exercise routinely and the healthy men with not-smoke but not doing the exercise routinely. The evidence showed that the physical activity can increase the telomerase enzyme activity and keep the telomere length. This telomerase activity is in leukocyte too that important to save the immunity system from infectious diseases. “It be the evidence of anti-aging with doing the exercise” Dr. Ulrich Laufs said.</p>
<p>                Not only that, more exercise can keep your brain still health too. The researcher leader, Prof.  Georg Kuhn said that “the cardio exercise can increase the blood stream in to the brain cubicle that can make the nerve cubicles connection stronger”. Don&#8217;t you want to be a senile faster, do you?</p>
<p>                Your life is in yourself. If you have a bit time to do the exercise, you can live longer, and keep healthy in physical and mind.<br />
