It turns out that the wrinkles on the face can be prevented by doing enough exercise. With exercise, such as walking, the body cells will get enough oxygen and produce collagen more actively so that those wrinkles on the face can be prevented, said the research by Kerrie L Moreau, PhD, a researcher from the University of Colorado. “Sports, such as walking or jogging, can facilitate the circulation of oxygen and blood circulation. With a good blood circulation, nutrients throughout the skin tissue are not impeded. The smoothness of oxygen and nutrients are two requirements that are important in collagen production process, "said Moreau.
