Do Sports Anywhere, Anytime

     

Who does not know that exercise is important? Sport is one of the important ways in addition to nutrition and adequate rest to get the ideal body shape and also healthier life. However, for busy people, especially young executives both men and women, the factor of time and energy, or laziness are mostly the main reasons for not exercising. Here are some tips for you to do exercise anywhere, anytime.

  1. Lift the barbell / walk in place when you’re watching TV!
    If you claim that your time becomes a major limitation in exercising, then try to remember how much your time is spent with watching television? Replace the habit of snacking when watching TV with some exercise like lifting weights, or even walking in place.
  2. Change you lifestyle! Do more walking!
    Substitute your lifestyle with the things that is more compelling to you moving more, like replacing the elevators / escalators with stairs, and avoid riding a car or motorcycle. One of the research published in the Archives of Gerontology and Geriatrics (2010), states that the lower your level of physical activity, the heart health would be on the wane.

    It is advised to perform physical activity / exercise at least 30 minutes per day, and the good news is, you can divide it into 3 × 10 minutes of exercise, because it has the same effect. So it can be more easily customized with your work schedule. Walking / jogging is an easy and inexpensive sport you can do every day, right?

  3. ”I don’t want to exercise because I don’t like it”. Trace the reasons and find a solution!
    For some, doing sport became an unpleasant thing and you may feel uncomfortable to have to sweat. If you feel you are one of these people, there are some sports that not causing excessive sweats, such as yoga at the air-conditioned room, or swimming. Yes! Swimming can burn many calories, and at once it will form the body muscles. Swimming is also not giving a big risk for your joints health.

    Another reason which may cause you become so lazy to exercise is, you feel embarrassed to go to the gym because of your overweight body. Try to exercise at home such as using exercise videos, walking with a friend, or even make a joint exercise with fellow friends who also care about health.

  4. Thinking out of the box!
    If you do feel bored with the sport you frequently do, try another new sport for you. Find activities that you really love and then think of other ways such as inline skating, dancing, salsa, or even gardening. Listen to your favorite music when you’re cycling either in the gym or outside the home, surely will make you feel more energetic! Group exercise such as body combat, body pump, or throwing your own class with friends also become an alternative to kill your boredom in the exercise.
