Our Secrets: How to be L-Men of the Year Winner
Do you want to be the next L-Men of the Year? Here are our tips:

Be Inspiring!
As an L-Men icon candidate, you have to be an inspiring person. For example, if you have a social networking account, you can inspire your friends, even people you don’t know, to live a healthy lifestyle. More than that, with a wider networking, it surely will help you to get into entertainment world.
Be on time!
To build your body, you have to have a good discipline. It same with being an L-Men icon. With coming on time during audition, you show your commitment and discipline. This is very important, as you will work with many people.
Be at Your Best!
Great body without great appearance is nothing. Every participant on audition of course has great body. That’s why you have to smart in grooming, to be different from others. For example: wearing wax/gel with an great hair styling, wearing trendy belt and shoes, and don’t forget to use deodorant (while audition you must be topless), wash your face before audition. Don’t let your face looks oily.

Your pants that you wear also show your fashion taste. It is better to choose a slim fit pants rather than an un-up-to-date-baggy pants. Moreover, give your best photo, because the jury will see your photos even before the audition begin.
Be Prepared!
Register earlier, so that you can prepare yourself with longer time for the audition. Also, you give more time for the jury to review your photo.
Be L-Men!
L-Men of the Year is an event aimed to search man with athletic body to be a healthy life icon. L-Men icons are closely related to sport and actively doing healthy campaign like anti-smoking campaign. As an icon, it will be a plus if you have a good communication skills. Act nicely in front of the jury, and prepare yourself with public speaking skill. Last but not least, with your personal experience in building body with L-Men, you deserve to be L-Men of the Year!

What is L-Men of The Year (LOTY)?
L-Men of The Year (LOTY), is an annual event from L-Men which consistently held since 2004, and aimed to inspire Indonesian men to carry on healthy lifestyle through correct nutrition and regular workout. LOTY is also held as an appreciation to L-Men consumers who succeded in shaping their body through healthy lifestyle.
What are the requirement to participate in L-Men of The Year?
The main requirements to participate in L-Men of The Year audition are: men, aged between 18 and 35 years-old, have athletic and proportional body shape, photogenic, have good communication skill and consume L-Men. We do not set body height as main requirement. The most important thing is to have proportional height and weight.
What is the enrolling mechanism of LOTY?
Fill registration form (you can get it from registration booths in your city or online through L-Men website [www.l-men.com]. Enclose topless half-body picture (4R size), L-Men Hi-Protein Advanced Formula 500g packaging, and L-Men Hi-Protein Bar packaging to the registration address of your city, or to the following address: L-Men of the Year 2010 Committee, Jl. Rawabali II No. 3, Kawasan Industri Pulogadung, Jakarta Timur 13290. If you do online registration, the L-Men packaging can be submitted to L-Men SPG on re-registration.
What is pre-audition?
Pre-audition is a judging L-Men of the Year 2010 hold at several cities including: Pekanbaru, Semarang, Manado, Lampung, Banjarmasin, Denpasar, Palembang, Samarinda, Medan, dan Makassar.
If I was selected as pre-audition winner, do I have to compete again in audition cities?
Pre-audition winners will not compete again among the audition’s top ten. The committee will directly contact the pre-auditions winner whom are picked by the judges to enter the Grand Final. This will be done at the 3rd week of April 2010.
Do we have to participate in pre-audition before participating in audition?
If you choose to participate in L-Men of The Year 2010 in audition city (Jakarta, Jogja, Surabaya, Bandung), then you don’t have to participate in pre-audition.
Other than the winners, what titles are going to be given in each pre-audition/audition this year?
Other than winners, we will have The Best Body, The Best Sixpack, and The Most Favorite in each pre-audition/audition. The Best Body and The Best Sixpack will be picked by the judges, while The Most Favorite will be decided through polling in L-Men facebook. Visit L-Men facebook every week, to participate in the polling of The Most Favorite for each pre-audition/audition city. There will be special prize for every title holder, so get yourself ready!
If you don’t win in one of pre-audition/audition city, can you participate in other cities?
You can participate in other pre-audition/audition city by submitting all the requirements once again as mentioned in point three.
Where is the registration venue of LOTY 2010 audition and where the event will be held?
Futher information about audition registration and event venue in various city can be seen on website www.l-men.com or posters circulated in fitness centres of your city.
Will the winner of L-Men of The Year participate in international events?
L-men regularly send its winner to seveal prestigious international male pageant, like Manhunt International and Mister International.
Will the winner of L-Men of The Year be the model of L-Men product?
The winner of L-Men of The Year certainly have the chance to be the model of L-Men products.
What should be prepared for pre-audition/audition day?
You only have to bring your registration proof to exchange it with participation number on re-registration. If You do an online registration, You have to submit the packaging of L-Men Hi-Protein Advanced Formula 500g and L-Men Hi-Protein Bar when doing re-registration. Wear blue-jeans, free tops, and free shoes. You’d better bring your shorts, which will be used for top ten phase of selection. For Jakarta Audition: wearing black pants, shirt and formal shoes
Is the usage of body oil allowed for pre-audition/audition?
We do not allow body oil usage on your performance on the stage.
