Lemak seringkali dianggap sesuatu yang jahat dan menakutkan. Padahal, lemak dibutuhkan dalam tubuh dalam jumlah yang CUKUP. Tetapi perlu diingat bahwa lemak terbagi menjadi dua kategori, yaitu lemak “jahat” dan lemak “baik”. Lemak “jahat” terdiri dari lemak jenuh (saturated fat) dan lemak trans (trans fat). Sedangkan lemak “baik” adalah lemak tidak jenuh (monounsaturated atau polyunsaturated fat). Be smart and stay healthy!
